Our Origin

How We Started

We began as friends in the worship team always asking questions. Few years on we launched a podcast that was about inviting people into our conversation. Now we just want to get to the heart of all it's really about Love, community, healing, and belonging.

As friends, we had trust and embraced vulnerability. As family, we grew together. And through our experiences, we quickly realised the issues that matter most aren't just Christian issues rather human ones.

Authentic belonging. Healing from trauma. Permission to question and create.

We're Christians! We say this because we believe faith does play a role in anyone if not everyones world view. Our faith motivates us, drives us, it's who we are. But our mission isn't about faith or conversion. We're here to nurture spaces where people can be fully human, truly free, safe and whole.

Ileola Feyisetan (Illy)

Co-Founder & Visionary

Ileola is a visionary leader whose work bridges strategy, creativity, faith, and transformation. Drawing from over a decade of expertise as a STEM professional and product analyst, she specialises in distilling complexity into actionable clarity.

Her personal journey through cancer treatment and recovery has profoundly shaped her leadership philosophy, deepening her commitment to wellness advocacy and support systems that honour vulnerability as a source of strength.

Mo Ajayi-Grimm

Co-Founder & Operations Lead

Mo is a passionate, analytical, and detail-driven professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience delivering high-level support, governance, and process management across diverse industries.

Originally trained in law, with a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from Sheffield University, Mo brings a strong foundation in compliance, regulation, and structured documentation with a people-first approach.
